The Granada Matadors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Livermore Cowboys at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Granada will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

 Granada got a great performance from  Mason Ravera as he  struck out six batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned run off   three  hits (and not a single walk).
 On the hitting side, Granada's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Parker Warner, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.  Nate Brown was another key contributor,  going 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
 Meanwhile,  there's no place like home for Livermore, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Wednesday. They skirted past Foothill  12-11. With that  win, Livermore brought their scoring average up to 6.3  runs per game.

On the mound, he  struck out six batters over  six innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   seven  hits (and only one walk). Johnston has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Johnston was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Tanner Lee, who  went 4-for-5 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Mateo Bullis, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-4.
 Granada's victory bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Livermore, they pushed their record up to 13-9 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home.
