Cumberland lost on Friday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Cameron Roedl, who scored 11 points along with five assists and two steals. Blake Mcmechan was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six rebounds.
Cerro Gordo/Bement's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Cumberland, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.
Cerro Gordo/Bement won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Arcola at 11:00 a.m. on January 20th.
