 In other batting news, Peoples Baptist Academy let  Carter Osteen and  Josues Ruiz run wild. Osteen  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances, while  Ruiz  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-5.  Aaron Cramer was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 Peoples Baptist Academy  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .615. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Trinity Prep only posted  an  OBP of  .423.
 Meanwhile, Skipstone Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight  loss. They lost  12-0 to Rock Springs Christian Academy.
 Peoples Baptist Academy's record is now 3-5. As for Skipstone Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.
