The Trinity Christian Warriors pushed their score all the way to 59 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of Webster County by a score of 61-59. Trinity Christian has struggled against the Highlanders recently, as their matchup on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Riley Clevenger was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Webster County, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.

Paden City will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps West Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 838th, while the Warriors are ranked 246th). As for Webster County, they will be playing at home against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Gilmer County focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Friday.
