The Marshall Barristers's game last Monday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They came out on top against Bravo by a score of 50-37. That's another feather in the cap for Marshall, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Marshall had a senior duo take command as Jeda Taylor scored 13 points along with five assists and five rebounds and Giselly Gaona scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Taylor is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Alicia Quintanar, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Marshall's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Bravo, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-15.
Marshall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bravo also has no future games currently scheduled.
