Discovery Canyon lost against Pueblo Central last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Saturday. The Thunder fell  11-8 to the Wildcats. Even though they lost, the Thunder's still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.2 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
  Izzie Ackerman led a balanced group of hitters,  going 1-for-4 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  run.  Taylor McCann was another key player,  going 1-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
