The Sweetwater Red Devils will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against the Hoover Cardinals at 5:00 p.m.
Last Friday, neither Sweetwater nor Mar Vista could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Camila Mendoza, who's now up to 44 this season.
Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hoover walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Eagles on Monday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Hoover was the better team in the second half.
Sweetwater's draw gives them a new season record of 18-3-3. As for Hoover, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10-2.
Everything went Sweetwater's way against Hoover in their previous meeting back in January as Sweetwater made off with a 11-1 victory. In that contest, Sweetwater amassed a halftime lead of half, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Wednesday.
