The Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils will be playing at home against Weatherly at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Shenandoah Valley will be strutting in after a victory while Weatherly will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Saturday, Shenandoah Valley didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Line Mountain, but they still walked away with a 39-34 victory.
Meanwhile, Weatherly's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their 11th straight loss. They were outmatched by Schuylkill Haven on the road and fell 47-7. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Weatherly has scored all season.
Shenandoah Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Weatherly, they bumped their record down to 1-11 with that loss, which was their 11th straight on the road.
Everything came up roses for Shenandoah Valley against Weatherly when the teams last played back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 43-16 victory. Does Shenandoah Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will Weatherly turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
