Clovis East avoided a loss thanks to
Mckarah Lopez and
Trinity Moua, who posted both of Clovis East's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 26 so far this season.
With that draw, Clovis East's record moves to 10-4-8. Meanwhile, Central's record is now 5-16-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clovis East will face off against Buchanan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clovis East's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Central, they will head out on the road to square off against Clovis at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clovis' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
