West defeated East 105-92 in the McDonald's All American Game on Tuesday night in Brooklyn paced by a game-high 18 points from MVP
Darryn Peterson.
The five-star Kansas signee shot 7 of 14 from the field and added seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in the victory.

Cameron Boozer earned co-MVP honors for the East in the loss, finishing with 16 points and 12 rebounds on 6 of 12 from the field.
