After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Design Tech, University Prep Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack with a sharp 43-21 victory. The Golden Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 22 points or more this season.

University Prep Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

University Prep Academy will venture away from home to square off against Summit Shasta at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Summit Shasta will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something University Prep Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for KIPP San Jose Collegiate, they are taking a road trip to challenge Luis Valdez Leadership Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Luis Valdez Leadership Academy's defense has only allowed 20.2 points per game this season, so KIPP San Jose Collegiate's offense will have their work cut out for them.
