When it comes to explaining why Greensburg Salem lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kaitlyn Mankins. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds. Mankins is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games she's played. Ashlan Price was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Greensburg Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for North Catholic, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-4.
