North Forney was led to victory by Taeshaun Benson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Benson went 9 of 19 en route to 23 points, good enough to set a new career-high in points in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

Benson and North Forney will face off against Royse City at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
