After a string of three wins, the Ashley Screaming Eagle's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 45-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hoggard. Ashley has struggled against Hoggard recently, as their match on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Screaming Eagle players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaeden Hudson, who scored 14 points along with two steals. Reagan Norris was another key contributor, scoring ten points.

As for Hoggard, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against South Brunswick at 6:00 p.m. Hoggard is facing South Brunswick at the right time seeing as South Brunswick is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
