Zylah Coleman continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Temecula Prep, dropping a triple-double on 21 points, 13 rebounds, and 14 steals. Coleman is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Reese Miller, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds.
Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School bumped their record down to 0-10 with that loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.3 points per game. As for Temecula Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season.
Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School will head out on the road to square off against Santa Rosa Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Temecula Prep won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Desert Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on January 10th. Desert Christian Academy is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
