On Wednesday, it was a hard-fought match, but Fowler had to settle for a 56-54 defeat against El Dorado. Fowler has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
El Dorado can attribute much of their success to Keira Hennefer, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 17 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Maggie Yost, who scored 8 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals.
Fowler now has a losing record at 2-3. As for El Dorado, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Fowler will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Reedley. As for El Dorado, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Casa Roble at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
