Charter Oak suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Monday. They were beaten by San Dimas 66-26. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Charter Oak in their matchups with San Dimas: they've now lost nine in a row.
Meanwhile, West Covina's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 65-19 loss at the hands of Northview. West Covina was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-15.
Charter Oak has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for West Covina, they bumped their record down to 3-17 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Charter Oak didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against West Covina in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, but they still walked away with a 39-34 victory.
