Parkers Chapel had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. They were the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over the Junction City Dragons. Considering the Trojans have won 12 contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Parkers Chapel's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Junction City, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Parkers Chapel will face off against rival Woodlawn at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Trojans 2.3, the Bears 3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Junction City is set to square off against their familiar foe Gurdon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
