A big part of Otto-Eldred/Oswayo Valley's victory came down to the chemistry between Shane Magee and his top target Manning Splain. Magee threw for 271 yards and three touchdowns while completing 84.6% of his passes while Splain picked up 143 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Splain also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
The loss snapped Cameron County's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record. As for Otto-Eldred/Oswayo Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
