Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Godinez Fundamental). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Calvary Chapel Eagles 88-47. The victory was some much needed relief for the Grizzlies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Valeria Arcos was a one-woman wrecking crew for Godinez Fundamental as she went 8 of 11 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points. The dominant performance gave Arcos a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Brianna Lopez, who went 6 for 10 on her way to 14 points in addition to six boards and four steals.

Godinez Fundamental was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Godinez Fundamental's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 13-8. As for Calvary Chapel, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-16 record this season.
