Mt. Zion got themselves on the board against Manchester on Thursday, but Manchester never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Blue Devils with a sharp 15-0 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by ten runs or more this season.

Mt. Zion's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10. As for Manchester, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13-1.

Mt. Zion has already played their next contest, a 14-0 defeat against Bowdon on the 1st. As for Manchester, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Jordan at 4:30 p.m. on the 10th.
