Trion had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They never let the Murray County Indians get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Trion's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Murray County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Trion will take on Mt. Zion at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Murray County, they will challenge Ringgold at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games Ringgold has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
