They were outmatched by the Wildcats on the road and fell 62-28. Vista Murrieta's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kohen Marshall, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Vista Murrieta's defeat dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Windward, they pushed their record up to 20-6 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Vista Murrieta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Windward, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-57 defeat vs. Harvard-Westlake on the 10th.
