While West Laurens put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Westside. Everything went the West Laurens Raiders' way against the Westside Patriots as the West Laurens Raiders made off with a 14-0 win. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

West Laurens has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. With the defeat, Westside broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Laurens will welcome Mary Persons at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Westside, they will be playing at home against Augusta Prep Day at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Westside is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2 runs per game this season.
