King-Chavez Community bumped their record down to 0-2 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Monarch, their victory bumped their record up to 2-8.
King-Chavez Community was dealt a bruising 64-2 defeat at the hands of Monarch when the teams last played back in February of 2018. The match was all but decided by halftime, at which point King-Chavez Community was down 30-0.
