Norwalk had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Friday. They blew past the Pella Dutch 12-3. Considering the Warriors have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Norwalk's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 21-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Pella, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

Norwalk wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 7-2 defeat against Wayne on the 21st. As for Pella, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-2 win against Central Springs on the 21st.
