Sydnee Morris was her usual excellent self, scoring 12 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for 15 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Faith Gephart, who scored five points along with two steals.
Despite the loss, Mississinewa still got an impressive performance from Jaci Crick, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds. Crick has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last seven times she's played.
Blackford has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which lines up perfectly with their 15-5 record this season. As for Mississinewa, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8.

As for Mississinewa, they will head out on the road to square off against Alexandria-Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Jacklynn Hosier and Crick.
