Otay Ranch extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Mackenzie Daffron. The Otay Ranch Mustangs strolled past the Eastlake Titans with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 59-43 thanks in part to Daffron, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds.
