NICKELL was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  RILEY STONEBRAKER was  incredible,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all five of his plate appearances.  LOGAN VALDEZ was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
 On Frazier Mountain's side,  Max Barker made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 4-for-5 with two  runs, a  triple,  and two  RBI.
 Even though they lost, Frazier Mountain  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North struck out six times.
 North's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Frazier Mountain, they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-10.
 North will play host again  on Wednesday to welcome Mira Monte, where first pitch is scheduled  at 4:00  p.m. One thing working in North's favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last three matchups. As for Frazier Mountain, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Desert at 3:15  p.m.  on Friday.
