Burroughs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 8th (when they won 10-0). Everything went their way against the Burbank Bulldogs as they made off with a 7-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Burroughs and bumps their season record up to 20-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Burbank, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-11.

As of now, neither Burroughs nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
