The win was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.
Leading Galt to victory were Emily Pena and Skyler Moore. Pena went 5 of 11 on her way to 11 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals, while Moore went 5 for 10 on her way to 11 points along with five boards and four steals. What's more, Moore also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in November of 2024. Antanella Feilbach was another key player, putting up five points and nine boards.
Galt smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 17 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.
