Templeton won against Pleasant Valley on Monday with 13 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Garces Memorial Rams 13-12. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Andrew Raab and Luke Stetz did most of the damage at the plate: Raab went 1-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Stetz scored three runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. That's the most runs Stetz has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Bo Swan, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Templeton pushed their record up to 11-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.7 runs over those games. As for Garces Memorial, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Templeton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-7 win against Stevenson on the 15th. As for Garces Memorial, they will take on South East in a tournament on Wednesday.
