The Holy Redeemer Royals lost to the Dallas Mountaineers back in January, but the Holy Redeemer Royals didn't allow the Dallas Mountaineers the same satisfaction on Saturday. Holy Redeemer walked away with a 52-42 win over Dallas. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Holy Redeemer.
Holy Redeemer can attribute much of their success to Lucie Racicky, who scored six points along with seven rebounds and five blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Racicky has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Kroptavich, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Holy Redeemer's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Dallas, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Redeemer will challenge Hanover Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dallas will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Berwick at 7:30 p.m. on December 28th.
