Schuyler County's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They never let the Putnam County Midgets get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. This was payback for the Rams, who suffered a 16-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Schuyler County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Putnam County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Schuyler County will host Salisbury at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Putnam County, they will challenge South Harrison at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
