Audenried can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Monday. Everything went their way against Masterman as Audenried made off with a 67-47 win. Audenried's win was all the more impressive since the were averaging only 28.95 points allowed on the season.
Audenried got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Shayla Smith out in front who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. Smith is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Senaya Parker, who scored 14 points along with five assists and five steals.
Despite the loss, Masterman still got an impressive performance from Jocelyn Goldstein, who scored 27 points along with six rebounds and two blocks. Another player making a difference was Sophia Brunelli, who scored nine points along with three steals and two blocks.
Audenried is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. As for Masterman, their defeat ended a 20-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 17-3.
Audenried does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Masterman also has no future games currently scheduled.
