Chris Knight put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 14 points along with three steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Manson, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Even though they lost, Washington smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Max S. Hayes' recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Friday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 59-43 bruising from Garrett Morgan.
Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Max S. Hayes, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
