Ethan Barcellos looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Edgar Espinoza, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Harrison Todd was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one double.

Jensen Hirschkorn was incredible, firing off two home runs and five RBI while going 3-for-4. That's the most home runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Eric Garcia also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Kingsburg has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Sierra Pacific, they pushed their record up to 16-6 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Sierra Pacific took their victory against Kingsburg in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 16-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Golden Bears since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
