Okeechobee has gone 3-0 against Tradition Prep recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Okeechobee Brahmans will head out to take on the Tradition Prep Pirates at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Okeechobee is headed into Tuesday's matchup hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight losses. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 55-52 heartbreaker at the hands of Bayside. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Brahmans have suffered since December 23, 2023.

Meanwhile, Tradition Prep unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 53-52 to Treasure Coast.

Okeechobee will have to keep a close watch on Ethan Chevres and Avery Johnson, a pair of players who had a big impact on Tradition Prep's prior game. Chevres went 7 for 11 on his way to 15 points and five assists, while Johnson posted 22 points and three steals. The game was Johnson's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aydan Fields, who had four points in addition to 14 rebounds and four blocks.

Even though they lost, Tradition Prep was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Treasure Coast only racked up five assists.

Okeechobee's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Tradition Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

Okeechobee beat Tradition Prep 52-43 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Fields, who posted 14 points along with seven boards and five steals.
