After losing to Rothsay the last time they met, Hancock decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Hancock took their game against Rothsay on Friday by a conclusive 41-18 score. The success made it back-to-back wins for Hancock.
The win bumped Hancock's record up to 2-0. The loss dropped Rothsay back to even at 1-1.
Hancock will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Hillcrest Lutheran Academy at 7:00 PM. Hillcrest Lutheran Academy had less luck in their last matchup and are out to reverse Hancock's good fortune. As for Rothsay, they will face off against Park Christian. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory.
