Armuchee never let their opponents score on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Pepperell Dragons as they made off with a 9-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 12 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Armuchee, bringing their record up to 15-9. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Pepperell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 15 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-18 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Armuchee will square off against Ridgeland at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Pepperell, they will face off against Mt. Zion at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
