Masterman put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Kensington with a sharp 48-24 win. Masterman might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won seven matchups by 22 points or more this season.
Leading Masterman to victory were Jocelyn Goldstein and Sophia Brunelli. Goldstein scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and three steals, while Brunelli scored 19 points along with eight steals and three blocks. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Goldstein has scored at least 25% of Masterman's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hannah Sollie, who scored six points.
Masterman pushed their record up to 10-0 with that victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kensington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
Masterman will head out on the road to face off against Motivation at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Kensington, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Prep Charter at 3:15 p.m.
