La Quinta extended their postseason success on Saturday against Vistamar. They took their  contest  with ease, bagging  a  45-10 win over the Vistamar Vikings. The Aztecs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine  games by 20  points or more this season.
 La Quinta had a senior duo take command as  Katelyn Vo  dropped  a double-double with 17 points and ten  boards and  Kaitlyn Mai  went 6-for-9  on her way to 12  points and five  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most  points  Vo has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Katie Nguyen, who  posted four points and five  steals.
La Quinta has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 14 of their last 15 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record  this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.6 points over those games. As for Vistamar, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
 Coming up, La Quinta will take on Serra at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Serra comes in on three and La Quinta on eight. Vistamar does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
