The Roseville Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight defeat. They took a 43-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of River Valley. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Roseville of the 40-20 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
River Valley was led to victory by Claudia Dudek and Tanvi Joshi. Dudek scored eight points along with seven rebounds, while Joshi scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Roseville has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season. As for River Valley, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-14.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Antelope the next time they take the court. River Valley will host Antelope at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Roseville will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
