The Faith Christian Academy Lions won the last time they faced the MAST Community Charter Panthers, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Faith Christian Academy came out on top against MAST Community Charter by a score of 35-26.
Despite the loss, MAST Community Charter still got an impressive performance from Rylie Fitzsimmons, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and eight blocks. Another player making a difference was Tierney Hamilton, who scored seven points along with 12 rebounds and three blocks.
Faith Christian Academy now has a winning record of 6-5. As for MAST Community Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Faith Christian Academy will face off against Renaissance Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Renaissance Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Monday. As for MAST Community Charter, MAST Community Charter and Calvary Baptist will face off at 2:30 p.m. on January 26th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
