It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Starr's Mill ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Ashley Ridge Swamp Fox 12-11. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Starr's Mill's victory bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Ashley Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-1 record this season.

Starr's Mill will be playing at home against Harris County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ashley Ridge, they will head out to take on West Ashley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
