Weed won the last time they faced Fall River and things went their way on Friday too. The Cougars put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 12-2 win. Considering the Cougars have won seven games by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Looking ahead, Weed will be playing at home against Tulelake at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. The Honkers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.17 runs per game on average), something the Cougars will no doubt try to take advantage of.
