Everything went Temescal Canyon's way against Diamond Bar as Temescal Canyon made off with a 60-40 victory. Temescal Canyon's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Temescal Canyon was led to victory by Ahmani Browder and Kolena Apana. Browder scored 14 points along with 9 rebounds and 5 steals, while Apana scored 22 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. The match was Apana's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cecille Lightbourn, who scored 5 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals.
Temescal Canyon's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Diamond Bar, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Temescal Canyon will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Rosary Academy at 6:30 p.m. on December 8th. Rosary Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 432 points over their last six matches. As for Diamond Bar, they will head out on the road to face off against Rowland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
