The Birmingham Patriots's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Northwestern Bulls at 11:30 a.m. on December 27th. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Thursday, Birmingham was fully in charge, breezing past Palisades 68-37 on the road.
Birmingham's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Devyn Berry, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds. That's the first time this season that Berry scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Lili Martinez, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Northwestern on the road against Dr. Krop on Wednesday as the team secured a 58-13 win.
Birmingham's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Northwestern, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
