That's another feather in the cap for Summit Charter Collegiate Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Summit Charter Collegiate Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaden Perez, who scored 26 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Perez has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Camille Cruz, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and six steals.
Summit Charter Collegiate Academy now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Orange Cove, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-20.
Summit Charter Collegiate Academy will head out on the road to face off against Farmersville at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Orange Cove, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Orosi at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th.
