After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Griswold, Fremont-Mills was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on East Mills with a sharp 14-5 win. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by eight runs or more this season.

Fremont-Mills has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for East Mills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-18 record this season.

Fremont-Mills wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 9-5 loss against Griswold on the 1st. East Mills has also already played their next contest (against Red Oak), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
